Welcome to my website!  I  have been in private practice as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist since 1990, formerly in Princeton, NJ, and currently near  New Haven,  CT.

I am a firm believer in teaching my clients to be proactive, rather than passive, when it comes to their health. People can choose to participate in their wellness, rather than ignore their bodies' needs until pain, disease or disaster strikes.  During each session you will learn a variety of self-help techniques and exercises to help you relax and balance body, mind and emotions.

Innovative Hypnotherapy Center is conveniently located in Woodbridge, CT, with easy access from the Merritt Parkway, Route 8, Route 95. The center is open Monday–Friday by appointment only.

From Merritt Parkway North or South

Take Exit 59 and turn Left off the exit ramp.

At the 3rd traffic light PAST the Luk Oil Gas Station, go right onto Bradley Road, even though it says NO OUTLET.  Continue a short while on Bradley to the end.
At the 3-way stop at the end turn LEFT.
Turn Right into the first parking lot.
#88 is the larger gray-white stucco building behind the smaller yellow one.  Enter and walk straight back—then turn left down the hallway, my office is on the left.  

From 91 South

Take Exit 17 to Merritt Pkwy/Wilbur Cross Pkwy (Rt 15)  DO NOT TAKE EARLIER EXIT THAT SAYS RT 15. Proceed as per From Merritt Parkway North or South above.

From 95 North below Milford

Take the exit leading to 15 North (Merritt Pkwy). Follow directions above From Merritt.  


From 95 South or 95 North, north of Milford, Take Exit 47 (Rt 34)

Follow N. Frontage Road til end. Turn right onto Rt 10.
Turn LEFT at light at Whalley Avenue.
Bear right at big intersection (Mobile Gas straight ahead, Walgreens Shopping center on the right) onto Rt 69.

Take 3rd traffic light past the Luk Oil Gas Station onto Bradley Road.
Take Bradley to the very end, even though the sign says NO OUTLET.
At the 3-way stop at the end turn LEFT.
Turn Right into the first parking lot.

From Rt. 84 Danbury

I-84 East to EXIT 15 (Southbury/Seymour).
Keep LEFT at the fork in the exit ramp.
Turn RIGHT at the LIGHT onto Rt. 67.
Follow Rt 67 all the way to the end and Turn RIGHT onto Rt 63 (Amity Road).
Pass through 2 Traffic Lights.

Just before the billboard across from Wachovia bank, turn LEFT onto BRADLEY Road.

At the 3-way stop at the end turn LEFT.
Turn Right into the first parking lot.

From Route 8 South

Take exit 22, Bank Street.
At light go LEFT, following signs for Rt 67 East towards Woodbridge.

After about 4 miles, the road ends. Turn RIGHT onto Amity Rd (Rt 63).

Proceed about 2-1/4 miles til Bradley Road (Wachovia bank on the right), big billboard on the left.

Go LEFT on to Bradley Road.  Take Bradley to the very end, even though the sign says NO OUTLET.
At the 3-way stop at the end turn LEFT.
Turn RIGHT into the first parking lot.
